The Science in Eurasia International Professional Association, SEIPA, unites the leading research centers, universities, knowledge-intensive companies working in science, technology, education, and innovation. The association is based in the Dubai Science Park, United Arab Emirates, and cooperates with scholars, researchers, and practitioners from the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Successful scientific communication and truly international scientific exchange are at the core of the Association's mission in the region.
